Job10 values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Job10 application, website, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Name, email address, and profile details
• Resume and job-related information that you upload or provide
• Interview responses including audio, video, or text
• Authentication data when signing in via Google or other identity providers
• Google Calendar data (only when you explicitly connect Google Calendar), including calendar availability, event titles, times, attendees, and meeting links needed to schedule and sync interviews
• Device and usage data such as IP address and browser type

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve Job10's core product functionality, including to:

• Authenticate users and prevent fraud
• Match candidates with job opportunities
• Facilitate AI-assisted interviews and hiring workflows
• Schedule interviews, sync meetings, generate Google Meet links, and display calendar availability (when Google Calendar is connected)
• Communicate service updates and support responses

Important: Google user data obtained through Google APIs (including Google Calendar) is used only to provide or improve user-facing features within Job10. We do not use Google user data for advertising, marketing unrelated to the Job10 service, or any purpose other than delivering the calendar and scheduling features you enable.

3. Google APIs, OAuth, and Calendar Access

Job10 integrates with Google services for sign-in and, when you choose to connect it, Google Calendar.

3.1 Google Sign-In

• When you sign in with Google, we access basic profile information (such as name, email, and profile picture) as permitted by you.
• This data is used strictly for authentication and account functionality.

3.2 Google Calendar

If you connect Google Calendar, Job10 may request access to the following Google Calendar scopes solely to operate scheduling features:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — to read and manage calendars needed for availability and sync
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to create, update, and sync interview and meeting events (including Google Meet links)

Google Calendar data is used only to:

• Display your calendar events and availability inside Job10
• Create and update interview or meeting events in your Google Calendar
• Generate and attach Google Meet links for scheduled interviews
• Keep Job10 meetings in sync with your Google Calendar

You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Job10 calendar settings. Disconnecting revokes Job10's access tokens for your Google Calendar.

Job10's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Limited Use of Google User Data

In accordance with Google's Limited Use requirements for Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar), Job10 affirms that:

• Google user data is accessed and used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Job10 application's user interface.
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve Job10 features, with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you have given affirmative consent, it is necessary for security or compliance, or it is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations where such use is permitted.
• We do not sell Google user data.

5. AI / ML Processing and Google User Data

Job10 uses artificial intelligence to power hiring-related features such as resume parsing, job matching, and interview assistance. These AI features operate on data you provide directly to Job10 (for example, resumes and job descriptions)—not on Google Calendar or other Google Workspace user data.

5.1 Prohibited AI / ML Uses of Google User Data

• Job10 does not use Google user data (including raw, aggregated, or derived Google Calendar data) to create, train, fine-tune, or improve foundational or generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
• Job10 does not transfer Google Workspace or Google Calendar user data to third-party AI/ML services for model training or secondary AI purposes.
• Google Calendar event content, availability, attendees, and related Workspace data are processed only to deliver calendar sync and interview scheduling features, and are never used as training input for AI models.

5.2 Third-Party AI Service Providers

For non-Google product features (such as resume parsing and job matching), Job10 may use the following third-party AI service:

• OpenAI — used for resume parsing, job description assistance, and related hiring-platform features under a paid API plan (API / enterprise-style usage terms). Job10 configures and uses OpenAI such that customer content submitted through our API is not used by OpenAI to train their models, consistent with OpenAI's API data usage terms applicable to our plan.

Google Calendar and other Google Workspace API user data are never sent to OpenAI or any other third-party AI provider. There is complete data isolation between Google user data used for calendar features and any AI processing used for hiring features.

6. Data Sharing

We may share data only:

• With employers or candidates participating in a hiring or interview process you initiate
• With trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and data-processing agreements, solely to operate Job10 features
• When required by law or legal authorities

Job10 does not sell personal data, including Google user data, to third parties.

7. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide Job10 services, fulfill hiring or scheduling purposes, or meet legal compliance obligations. Google Calendar OAuth tokens are retained only while your calendar remains connected and are deleted or invalidated when you disconnect. Users may request deletion of their data.

8. Data Security

Job10 implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including secure storage of OAuth tokens and encrypted transmission of data in transit.

9. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction or deletion
• Withdraw consent where applicable, including by disconnecting Google Calendar
• Revoke Google access at any time via your Google Account permissions

10. Cookies

Job10 may use cookies to improve user experience and platform performance. You may disable cookies through your browser settings.

11. Children's Privacy

Job10 does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.

12. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Job10 indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
